Well same happened to my son, he refuses his food changing it might not be the problem at times it might be it's not satisfying her any longer watch out she might be having a shot nap cos once she urinate once or twice she is hungry cos the food is water is either u try n make it thicker for her or u mix it with a little pap my no longer take feeders only spoon

@Akinnibi10353, change milk. Babies get tired of the same thg too(tho not all of them). Dts why its nt advicable to buy baby food or milk in bulk incase they start rejecting it. Buy one tin of another milk n try. Maybe sma gold. Cheers

My son is also 4 months and was rejecting his food. I even tried giving him pap. This lasted for 3 days. I felt bad and breastfed had him for one full day. Now I've introduced him to his bottle and we are good to go. Pls try and delay semi solid
