My son weight at birth was 2.7 2 weeks after birth I started giving him pure cod liver oil baby spoon 3month after he looks so big.. Its optional tho.

Really , I truly agree with @ mummy David. I had my son at 36 weeks, and he weighted 2.8 but now at almost 6 monthd he weights 7.5kg. He is healthy and quite tall too. Guess he took after his Father. Just keep eating very well and feed the twins very very well too. The good Lord will help u and put u through.

Being big is a function of GENES first & foremost,exclusive breaastfeeding or not. Are you or ur hubby on the big side? They will pick the stature from either of you. I exclusively breastfed my son for 6 complete months yet he was a slim but tall baby. Now that he has started complementary feeding,he weighs a lot more but looking at him,i dont think he's going to be a big child. He didnt take my genes he took his dad's. As long as they are healthy,I think its okay.

It won't be easy doing exclusive breast feeding for twins, if not I would have suggested it. Just feed them well, and be very observant. To know when there is something wrong with them. The rest is in Gods hands.

Helo mum, i had my baby at 34weeks. He weigh 2.5kg at birth bt nw at 5month hes 9.5kg...i didnt do anything than feeding him with breast milk.Exclusive breastfeeding in action.
