Don't make it too thick. Unless you know of any allergies, you are fine feeding your baby with appropriate meals. If there's any reaction to food allergy, you may notice a rash, maybe swollen mouth but that's in severe cases. I'd say you should enjoy feeding your baby without any cause to worry.
