@Toria, have checked severely it still says sleeping with d back is d best ma. That this way they tend to find out which is best for them. But on d tummy can cause SID that is sudden infant death which is not our portion. Cause they might put their nose on d sofa while trying to turn their heads. May God help us all

Am nt a doctor bt according to research or google d best position to lay a child is on his tommy coz tru dis d baby sleep longer,if d baby has stomach upset dis position will make him relax,it also help dem to turn easily wen dey re able to turn dey will have a grip of demself nd attempt to lift dere body up in a crawling position or even to sit on dere own on time.

You should always watch them when you lie them on their tommy so that they don't get their faces stucked on the bed in an attempt to turn, especially when they are not old enough to turn on their own to avoid suffocation.
