What can I do to ease the discomfort in my babies cause of navel. Have been putting them to sleep on the tummy is it OK?? God bless us all

If it's colic, then lying on the tummy, pressing the tummy with hot water, and gripe water gave mine some relief, though gripe water became our second breast milk. Pple swear by infacol
