Pls mothers that gave birth thru cs...how did you tie your belle to go down? At wat month did you start? Wat did you use in tying?my tummy is still bi

It took 9 months plus for ur tummy to get that way.don't expect a miracle.it will go down.by d way,u don't tie tummy after a cs.I had one and from time to time,I feel d numbness in my abdomen.just do some work outs from 6 months after delivery

Once you are cleared by your doctor and your body feels okay then you can exercise .and because I did cs I have never laid down to do sit ups yet, I stand up but the type of exercise I do is very effective

Dearie you can also try exercise .it helps with drinking hot water and watch what you eat and the Time You eat . I gave birth 3 months plus ago, and my stomach is almost flat.from the moment I got to six weeks and my doctor cleared me , I started exercising at home and trust me I weighed 106kg when I gave birth and in 3 months I am weighing 87. Because of my height my ideal is 75kg . So darling you can start with 20mins exercise every morning at home.

I gave birth through CS also, my tummy is very big too, but is reducing abit, I drink hot water mix with lemon every night before I sleep and I reduce my food intake also.

There is no way u won't eat semo cos that is d solid Dr suggested. I think u shouldn't bother urself for now...focus on ur baby n health later u will know what to do. As for d waist trainer if d site isn't paining u that's when u can use it o. All d best

U can use waist trainer.. Then drink green tea in the morning and last thing at night.. Limit ur EBA.. Fufu and other swallow. It will go down with time.

U can't tie ur Tommy now n if u av a big tummy before u got preg...it will remain d same. Mine was big even after 2years of childbirth.. If u see me u will think am 3months preg . for some it will go flat but,not as soon as possible.
