Good morning house, please when making baby food, dose it requires oil and seasoning? And is it compulsory I put milk in it before giving her, am just imaging beans and milk combo.

If it is beans, it dosen't require milk, wash the beans as if you want to make moimoi, cook it with little oil, onion, well grinded crayfish, add seasoning, if u want.

Wen i want ti give my 8month plus beans, i wash and peal it den put in a pot add enough water to cook it soft add onions enough and wen its almost done i add sweet corn to it after draining d water inside d tin of sweet corn den add flaked fish and ground crayfish. Wen its all done and soft i allow cool a bit and blend into puree for her.
