My 3 weeks old baby have not poo for d past two days but he farts a lot. Pls what should I do. Am a first time mum pls help

You can buy ripe orange, squeeze the juice and dilute with warm water, give your lo to drink. It worked for me

Wowww, pls open his diaper and push his knees up against his Tommy, it should help push out the poo. Got the tip from a pediatrician in the US and it worked for me when my baby had same issue at about same age. Tnc me later

If your are on EBF,then its normal,if not,you can give him enough water to drink,he will poo

@sholzs, exactly i eat bread a lot too and observe when i do my babies find ithad pooing not only bread tho any hard food yeah.

Same here, mine is going to 8 days now. my mum use to put rub or warm water inside his anus and he will poo, and also I went to those yoruba women that sells agbo and explain to them , then they gave me some roots for him to bath with and drink as well. so he has poo for 2days now. but still not normal.
