Also go for mentholatum and silver bird, just drop the silver bird on his cloth (close to the face) so he can inhale it. Massage with hot water too

Actually,no drug for catarrh except to use vitamin c to boost his immunity so he can fight it himself.Most drugs for catarrh are strictly frowned at.However it is important to cover him well when necessary.He needs to be kept warm.U can also try to apply rub over to his nose at night and early in d morning to reduce d blockage.If u don't mind,u can try a bit of steaming.Natural method is best .It will go with time
