Kindly note that an infection cannot be contacted via breastfeeding. Breastfeeding does not cause infection rather it protects against infection. The only time breastfeeding can lead to transmission of infection is when the mother has some specific infections that can be transmitted via the breast milk such as HIV, hepatitis B. That is why it's important you see a doctor first to ascertain the kind of infection you might have and appropriate measure will be taken. But if you're worried that your baby might be infected, talk to a paediatrician.

You need a diagnosis first. Their is nothing like toilet infection, see your doctor for proper evaluation and management and an appropriate antibiotics will be prescribed if you're a breastfeeding mum. Do not self medicate yourself or even try to give any medication to your baby too.
