It might not be ela or the oil some babies are like that, I will believe that of wearing of cap a little, you all know Jos weather so my baby is always on cap, I use coconut oil on his hair, before I knew what was going on all the hair disappeared, anyway new ones are coming, I believe is the cap

Eela causes skin pigmentation on babies in areas like the bum, crease of the leg, neck, back, armpit, etc. Those areas would be red or looking like lighter than he's skin colour. Then there's also cradle cap, it's looks like dandruff in the hair, it's this one that really pulls the hair.

Are you sure it's due to wearing cap or eela? However, use coconut oil for her hair it'd help grow it back.
