Don't press just give him paracetamol every 6hrs for 3 days. Don't allow the diaper to be tired. If u guy are home don't wear diaper,it will reduce before tomorrow evening

Breastfeed him. Give him paracetamol. Some mothers use Shea butter to soothe the pain. Do not massage, please. Give him time, some swollen areas can resolve after 3-4 days. Be careful how you carry him too.
