U cnt possibly ovulate a week to ur period. U ovulate at the middle of ur cycle which is two weeks averagely bfr ur period,not a week to. Wat u r experiencing is pm symptoms

To some people yes like me anytime am in ovulation period i will have high temperature early in the morning before I stand up and the moment i start working it go back to normal
