Always make sure u are not hungry. Cos I realise if I don't eat I always throw up yellowish bitter stuff. So pls always eat

Its normal .. Try eating something before u step out of bed in the morning. Ginger tea and dry cracker will help. Sugarcane with little ginger will also help

I always try to brush my teeth and tongue well so I can vomit....it helps me to retain anything am about eating new...if I don't do it then I end up vomiting everything out...try and see if my method will work for you

don't take anything...it's normal pregnancy symptoms...just eat well and rest...it's happening to me too, if your so uncomfortable brush your tongue so you can vomit and be fine..that's what I do and is working for me...but if you can't bear it maybe you should visit hospital for proper checkup
