Lol... Ve seen my oda half, i get scared too if my baby doesnt move within an hour, so i get his attention by either talking to him while rubbing my belly or point a torch to my belly or take a sweet diet

My dear, towards d end d kicking feels like it has reduce abit too. Baby sleeps too. U can Ve apple or a bottle of coke. Lonart is quite safe for preggy, dats wat d teaching hospital gave me n colleagues all tru. Cheer up
