I think I m pregnant but I am not sure yet,it's not up to 4wks yet but I am having some feelings..Wat should I do?

Is there a missed period? if yes, go and do a pregnancy test, if it doesn't show wait another week and do it again all the best...

At 4weeks hcg level is too low to show in a test? Okay o

I'd suggest you wait a week or two, your hcg level might still be low to show up in a test and you might start getting unnecessarily worried.
