Mother's in the house my baby has rashes since 1week and she 9weeks and the rashes goes and come ,I am using agnesia powder for her since birth what can I use for the rashes to go permantly,she scratches her face and drag her a hair every time because of the rashes pls I need solution

Am new here pls mum's and Doctors in the house my baby is two weeks today and she has this rashes mostly on her face and itching is disturbing her what do I use for her and also i was advise to press her breast to soften it,shud I go ahead to do that
