Hello Adeyanju, our body systems are different. But generally menstruation caeses during breastfeeding. This is due to prolactin, the hormone responsible for lactation. Prolactin suppresses the menstrual hormones. This is nature's way of natural family planning. So don't worry.

Same thing happening to me now,after birth you will flow for two to three weeks and stop.your body hasn't returned yet.relax.I was scared too until when I Google about it.as long as you are still breastfeeding it won't come,some women stay 6months-1year before their normal period returns. It depends with one's body system. If you want to menstrate again so fast,you also get pregnant again so fast.
