Hello Madumere, this is colic. Be cautious with any medications you give your baby. Aside from being a doctor, I'm also a father and I never used any of these things for my baby, Nospamin or gripe water. And most of the doctors prescribing them don't use them for their own babies. But they know if they don't prescribe, mothers would get their prescription elsewhere, either friends or pharmacy. Just allow him burp after meals, lie baby on stomach. Rub his tummy gently.

Apply rub. I dnt advice u give him med. Just ensure e belch after feeding and lie him on his stomach whenever you are around him. Pls do not leave him lying on d stomach if u are not going 2 b around 2 watch over him 2 avoid suffocation
