If your baby is on baby friendly,10days without pooing is normal.It happens in exclusively bf children.However,u can try giving him orange(little).

Squeeze the h Juice out of the orange and give him little to take and give him water too. As for the food, try giving him puree fruit like, carrot, apple, water melon, avocado pear and maybe half to one banana. Make sure you boil the carrot and apple a bit. Remove the back of the apple as well if possible. Mix his formula if you want. You could also try okro and semo or amala.
