Dr & Mums in d house. My baby is 7wks 2day & hv bn on breastmilk & water sometimes though. Is it late 2 start exclusive (without water) now since i've discovered its not necessary.

U can start even now. The truth is dat they don't need water as long as they are exclusively breast feed bcos d breast milk contains lots of water. Is just 4 u 2 eat well and take lots of vegetables and fruit. And enough water. All d best dear
