Gd day mummies & docs in d house. I'm new here & want ur opinion. My baby is 6 weeks now & i'm still immatiating. Though on EBF. Could dt b d cause.

@Elizabeth14499, Tnx. But most times I do tins when baby is asleep cos i'm alone & by d time i'll want 2 rest she's already awake. I agree with u dt my resting hrs is not enough. I'll try any way.

Its because you are breastfeeding. Try to eat healthy and take enough sleep. Rest is very important, if you need to rest you can express your breast milk and give to someone to feed the baby while you take a nap so it doesnt affect you too much. Take a lot of fluid, if its tea, take a lot. You can also take kunu and soya milk. Goodluck
