Same happened to my baby of 6 weeks , i took him to my doctor and he prescribe zinnat now he is fine.

Some comments have shed light on your question. Colic is squeezing and relaxing of the muscles of the intestines (Like cramps). It is normal in babies. However keep in mind, not all colic are normal, some are pathological (e.g due to intestinal obstruction). This is the case if it goes on for too long (chronic) without resolving. See a doctor in this situation. Cheers
