Good day beautiful Docs and Mums in the house please I'm six weeks pregnant, I noticed some brown discharge this morning and feels pain like that of m.p time to time but not serious one. What's the problem please or is it normal? This is my first time please help

Please help me as I'm new to the system. Can I take folic acid + B 12 tablet, with a pregnancy yet to be confirmed?

Pleased to be here. Please house I think I'm pregnant, not very sure, and it's my first time, I heard it's good to be taking folic acid before conception and pre natal stage, I asked my hub to buy one for me, he brought folic acid + B 12, is it okay for me? Thanks
