Please always concerns about the baby health not stature. If the baby is healthy is okay from the look of it you will see that she is not a fat type many most baby weigh 3+ at birth but see her own weight though my baby weigh 2.7kg and I did exclusive breastfeeding and he was very fat but the moment i introduced food to him he started losing weight
