Mucus plug can be out for up tp a week & a woman is still 1cm dilated. Just do lots of exercises,eat dates,climb stairs. Once contractions start or water breaks,be on the move. U will deliver by ds tym tomorrow.

Thanks Mummy, i told my gyncologist he said i should wait 4 the pain/contraction, or break of water. I am so confuse, but the pain has stop.

I will advise u go to d hospital where u registered for antenatal, exactly what happened to me,I had a sweep on Friday and I gave birth on Saturday.... Mucus is labour sign,I will advise u go to d clinic now let them check u
