@Adeola24209, colourful like if you are having noddles or rice, you add softly boiled carrots, peas. Add two cut out apples or bananas. That's what I mean. Children like colours, so you encourage her to eat as you talk about the colour. I don't know if you understand.

@Weyinmi23253, peel beans with fish, amala and ewedu, moimoi, she use to accept this once in a while b4 she clock ayr but after a yr B-Day she had malaria then after that she has bn rejecting d food. She only eat white part of d egg
