In addition to all they have said,please it's unnecessarily to take any medication for weaning. Someone once said padding the breast with cabbage helps but I've never tried it. My method is Abubakar Fatima's method and it has never failed me. Good luck

Madam when I want to wean my baby this is the method my mother told me and I don't experience any pain and my baby too, since you know you want to wean him start reducing the number of time you breastfeed him now for example if he use to suck 10x b4 reduced it to 8x,like wise in the night reduced the number of times he suck, after 4 days you reduce it to 5x daily like wise in the night that is how you will do it till once in a day once in the mild night till you will no longer give him again and

Please do not take any medication for your breast milk to dry up o, you will have to endure the pain cos the milk will keep coming out and the breast will be heavy for you but make sure you wear your bra and put breast pad to collect the milk and to also reduce the smell.take pain killer if you want ,Please do it the natural way.

Or u can take d ibuprofen 2tab 2times a day and use hot water to press it from down upward as if u r trying to lift up ur Brest. Then always put on ur bra for supportive so ur breast will not sag. I hope this little explanation will help u with d advice of people around u. All d best!

Buy tea, biscuit ,prepare pap, small seed rice, make fresh juice and any other food u think is good . Get everything ready and in the morning put on your bra n clothes. He will cry and u must not pity him otherwise you won't be able to stop him. Offer him different food,he will take after a while...make sure he always have something to eat . And at night if you don't mind get oraxin or pcm to calm him at night. And as for u buy ampliclox cap 500mg 1 cap 4times daily, ibuprofen 400mg 3times a day

Make sure you kept tea and milk ready, always cook the food he likes eaten, when ever he is hungry feed him very well, any time he wants the breast milk give him tea then for yourself, you don't need much, just make sure you package yourself well, always wear your bra, get the appropriate drugs available for pains and drying of the breast milk.
