Urs is pimples... Some pples own can b ringworm..boil... Eczema etc..... Xo u shouldnt feel bothered

Yes it's normal, u don't have to use anything. it will go after the 1st trimester

Had a lot of pimples on my face during first trimester, but I didn't use any cream.. Am now in my second trimester and it has cleared.

Nothing can take off those pimples. See then as mere visitors. You are beautiful just the way you are and it's just for a few weeks your face would be back to its original state. Just use nice brown powder or foundation and look good to cover up those pimples.
