Good evening mum's and doctors pls am having pains in the lungs and have used several antibiotic drugs but no improvement

I did,I was giving strong antibiotics but no improvement. someone told me that since antibiotic has no effective is not lung infection. I always fill the pain inside my neck when the weather is cold and cough out white sputum
