I also suffered frm intense spitting which led 2 constant dehydration n some1 recommended bitter kola 2 always leave in my mouth without swallowing d liquid day comes from it well I was lata warned by my gynecologist 2 stop dat it is bad 4 my baby without providing me with an alternative

Use bitter kola.(orogbo in Yoruba) . Just lick it. Or chew very little. After chewing leave a little in your mouth and lick at intervals
