Hello Docs and mums in the house. Pls I need help. My nephew is having what people say is pile. His mom has done everything she's told, even took him to the hospital but the doc she met was telling her surgery. What kind of surgery will they perform on a little boy's anus/ass. Pls anyone experience this and what did the person use to treat it.
