It shd be normal. Sometimes it happens even no stooling, then they start again. As far as its exclusive, its normal. But if it persists pls see a pediatrician.

Is he feeding well? What's the consistency of the food hope not too thick? Boys don't start early and are slower than girls. If he is moving hands and legs, it's OK. You can try crawling with him or making his siblings, cousin or friend crawl as a form of game with him chasing each other. It will encourage him.
