If your nipples are sore, you have to know if your technique of breastfeeding is poor. Also, express a little breast milk and put on your sore nipples. Leave for a few days to heal, whilst you try to express milk to feed your baby. I hope this helps. Breastfeeding is a means to bond with your baby.

It is normal my dear, continue breastfeeding and u can also extract the breastmilk for your baby to feed from the bottle, then add formula

Pls don't stop breastfeeding ur baby till 1y & 2months....but u can add formula go for Aptamil 1, Cow&gate and Nan1 is very good.that sucking is the joy of motherhood
