You can express with your hand or manual pump but it's time consuming and not that efficient. Go online ( jumia, Konga, jiji) and search for electric breast pump, you will see different brands to choose from.

I have gotten up-to 3 manual pumps but it didn't work for me then I had to get a single electric pump 3weeks ago and it's very efficient. Although I want to sell it and get a double pump to make the job easier for me. The pumps are costly oh.
