This looks like heat rashes, just bath your baby, pat him dry and apply baby powder, wear light clothes, and be patient

dear mummy, leave d boys skin untouched fr next 4-5days. Since u hv tried cacatin n tribotan n there is no improvement, his skin needs AIR. After bathing, leave his skin to gt sm fresh air. No cream no powder. It will clear

Give d baby cefalexin and vit-c syrup, or go to d hospital am sure dey will prescribe this for u. My babys own was worst than this but is over now.
