Is the discharge smelly or odourless? If odourless, it's normal but otherwise then it's due to an infection. As to sex you have been rightly advised

For d whitish discharge it normal, but it will reduce as d pregnancy processes

For the first question am not sure. You can do urinalysis to rule out infection. You can have sex if you dont have any medical issue. But tell oga to do it slow slow
