Pls Doc advised DT I don't eat a lot of liver,kidney when I was pregnant. Can't remember the big grammer which it Wld result to,and he says baby may have extra limbs nd fingers too.

you can take the water extracts from Ugwu after being washed and add tin milk to it. Hope this helps
