Stop rubbing him anything both tribotan and baby cream please. Just bath him with that flower water with red soap! My baby had this skin problem... Just let his skin dry and you the mother reduce ur sugar intake that is the cause

@dbeautydoctor, It was after he took the antibiotics that these things started forming. I'll try what you suggested, though I've used scent leave (efiri). I was told to squeeze out the juice in it and give him to drink. I did that for three days, still no changes.

In Igbo we call it NLA ! Go to a horticulturist they know the flower u will use and bath him morning and night it will clear immediately we call red flower. After boiling it the water will be somehow red or lepton colour

Did he have Ela? My friends son treated Ela and came up with similar discolorations nothing orthodox worked except this local concoction: boil coconut back with yellow flower. The flower is actually brown but called that. You can get flower from horticulturists. They know its medicinal. Boil in lots of water like agbo and bath or rub him after his bath. Maybe 3 times a day. It cleared of well.
