It could be a bacteria infection, pls go to the hospital, do a urine culture test. The test result usually take a few days to be ready. That's the way you can be sure there is no bacteria infection that can affect the baby, if there is, you will be treated. I had a similar experience at 19 weeks vaginal cramps and abdominal cramps. The test result showed bacteria infection which was afterwards treated.
