The temptation to feed baby adult food is always coming on mothers,my opinion is NO,due to salt content in adult food. Babys kidney cannot break down the loads of salt packed in adult food,hence you put a strain on the kidney at this tender stage of ur baby. I suggest you go homemade and natural for your baby,probably thats what he needs. Baby food to try Mash ripe banana,with or without formula Mash avocado pear,with or without formula Carrot puree with or with formula Sweet potatoe,
