Taking it 4 times a day is 2much dosage oo edp.if she is an expectant mom.my best advice is go to d hospital to show ur doctor ur hand.let dm prescribe drugs for u n give u d dosage.

@len4ste, yes mam, one ampiclox capsule every 6hours is the normal dose. But we are found of abusing the drug and using anyhow and that is why resistance come in a lot. Ask any qualified doctor, pharmacist or nurse you know. Not quacks ooo. I know the dosing is difficult to abide with that is why I rather prescribe amoxiclav such is 12hourly

@Aruna15130, it looks like an infection that requires antibiotics. It'ld be better to your physician but if you can't, buy amoxicillin/clavulanic acid (amoxiclav) 625mg from pharmacy and take one tab 12hourly (ie 2 times daily). Preferably take on empty stomach

@Rita28998, the dosage you prescribe is wrong ma. Amoxicillin is 1 tab 8hourly (ie 3 times daily) for 5days while Ampiclox is 1 tab 6hourly (ie 4 times daily) for 5 days
