Can bending to sweep affect a baby in d womb?i believe sweeping is a form of exercise for a pregnant woman

Is not good, during my first pregnancy is only the toilet i use to that is when am washing it bcos my 6ta is with me and it is 2x a week, after my delivery i discover that there is blood in my baby eye ball when I took him to the hospital I was told that i use to bend down during pregnancy
