I disagree with you Agnes cough can heal on its own if you breastfeed the baby well during the period it last. Am talking from experience. Please avoid cough syrup as much as possible it's not safe try and goggle and read about it.

Please I will advise you not to give d baby any drug pls d cough will go on it own but if d cough is serious then see a pediatrician.
