Hello blessing. Do u mean natural FP plan? If yes..then u cld do Rhythm method(hav sex during ur Safe period)..but i dont kno how possible it is to kno ur Safe period since u aint menstruating o...U cld do withdrawal(thou very risky method)....but the best bet is to discuss with ur Doc. Bodies are diff u know....all d best
