It depends on d body system. My first child which is boy I saw exactly d date he clocked 3months while my second child which is girl I saw it after 4months n a week. So, nothing to worry about

It depends on your body. Some women it takes about 4-6 months. Some earlier, some later. It will come naturally, you do not need drugs to influence it. Allow nature have its course.
