Don't rub but just place ice wrapped in a cloth on the place and by tomorrow it will go. It advisable by the nurse to place it immediately u got back home.

Don't massage the spot. I was advice here not to. And to also use Shea butter to rub, on the spot. It worked. Rub it at interval.
