I feel his system is not used to formula yet... But Mumy B u can opt the option of expressing breasy milk for him, then weekends u try d formula again then u can monitor him closely until he gets used to formula

Try another milk, sma causes constipation in most babies. Also make sure the milk measurement is accurate by puring in the necessary amount of warm water into the bottle before adding milk

If u started today, den discontinue d milk n observe him. It's very important dat u check again on d tin for expiring date, quantity for his age n don't do over o cos u think u shud, it's on d tin dat it will Mk ur baby sick, how clean r u bottles, spoons, cups n esp ur water. Check expiring date on everything pls.
