You could buy Sudocrem, it works for any kind of rash and then follow @Okeke Precious advice.

Hope u are changing him his diaper at the appropriate time. Rub blue seal Vaseline before u wear her another diaper and always allow air to enter his. Bombom. Believe me it will cure within a short period of time.
