@Charry, talcum powder is not advisable for children less than a year. Besides,the skin is dry so needs more of moisturizer than powder

My daughter used to have this across her back. I found that it's when she sweats and the damp cloth stick to her back. So try to reduce the heat. If he's sweating,wipe away the sweat or change the damp cloth asap. Then keep the skin moisturized frequently. I used to add a little cacatin to her cream when she had this. Don't use dusting powder at all!!
